More Than One Path. One Clear Direction.
For owners managing multiple businesses or several connected parts of one business that need to work together.
When Your Marketing Has More Than One Direction
You may run separate businesses, or one business with connected paths such as services, speaking, products, or different audiences. Each path matters, but they draw on the same time and resources. The goal is not to push everything forward at once. It is to see what connects, choose what needs attention now, and decide what can wait.
A speaking engagement might support your services. Two businesses might share a team but serve different audiences. When each path is treated as a separate urgent project, the same time and resources get stretched in too many directions.
The answer is not to force everything into one message. It is to decide what should stay distinct, what can support something else, and what deserves attention first.
That gives each path a clearer role without requiring everything to grow at the same speed.
Your marketing isn’t broken. It’s misaligned.
The pieces need priorities and a plan that fit the capacity they share.
How We Bring the Pieces Together

See the Whole Picture
Understand how your businesses or growth path relate, who each serves, and what resources they are.

Choose The Focus
Decide what needs attention now, what can work together, and what should wait.

Build Around Your Capacity
Create a marketing direction you can realistically support without trying to move every path forward at once.
A Strategy You Can Actually Sustain
Seeing how the pieces connect is a start. You also need to decide what gets active attention, what can stay in maintenance, and what should wait for the right time. That way, every new opportunity does not become another urgent project.
Capacity First Marketing means building around the time, support, and resources you actually have.

Choose Your Level of Support
Start with a focused session to understand how your businesses or growth paths fit together, or apply for a strategic support to build a plan over 90 days.
Ecosystem Capacity & Marketing Clarity Session
For owners who need to understand how their businesses or growth paths affect one another before deciding what to prioritize. We will look at where your marketing connects, where it needs to stay distinct, and what your current capacity can support.
What You’ll Receive:
- A questionnaire to understand your businesses or growth paths before we meet
- A focused strategy session to examine the opportunities and points of friction
- Clear priorities for what needs attention now and what can wait
- A personalized clarity summary with recommended next steps
Total Investment: $697
90 Day Ecosystem Strategic Intensive
For owners ready to make coordinated marketing decisions and refine their strategy over 90 days. We will identify what each business or growth path needs, decide how the pieces should support one another, and build a direction that fits your available capacity.
You can apply directly for an Intensive, but starting with the Ecosystem Clarity Session is highly recommended. It gives us a deeper understanding of your businesses or growth paths before we shape the 90 day strategy.
Both Intensive options include:
- A shared strategic foundation for your businesses or growth paths
- Guidance to prioritize and refine your marketing as you put the plan into practice
- A Capacity First Intensive Box with materials to support your process
- A customized plan for the 90 days following the intensive
Phased Ecosystem Intensive
We build the foundation with your whole ecosystem in mind, then focus active work on the business or growth path that needs attention now. If another path is ready later, a separate phase can build on what we learned and shift the priority to that path.
You can take a break between phases. A second phase is optional.
Investment starts at $2,950 per phase. Each phase is booked separately.
Single Ecosystem Intensive
We build the same shared foundation and priorities, while moving more than one business or growth path into active work during the same 90 days. Each path has a clear role, and we adjust the work to the capacity available.
Investment starts at $3,797
Final scope and investment are confirmed after we review your businesses or growth paths, priorities, and the work involved. You’ll receive a clear proposal with your price before you decide whether to move forward.
Application required. Limited availability.
Continuing From an Ecosystem Clarity Session?
The Session is highly recommended, though it is not required before applying for an Intensive. If you book an Intensive within 14 days of receiving your session summary, $250 of your Session investment can be applied to the first Phased Ecosystem Intensive only, or $497 to the Single Ecosystem Intensive.
Who This is For
Owners of Multiple Businesses
Your businesses may serve different people, but they draw on the same time, attention, or support. You need to know what to prioritize and where each business fits.
Owners With Connected Growth Paths
Your one business may include services, speaking, products, programs, or distinct audiences. You need those paths to have clear roles instead of becoming separate urgent projects.
Small Teams Managing Multiple Priorities
Your team supports several brands, business lines, or audiences and needs a realistic way to coordinate the work.
How It Works
- Start with an Inquiry.
Tell me about the businesses or growth paths you are managing and what you want to accomplish. - We identify the right starting point.
I may recommend the Ecosystem Clarity Session for a deeper review, we can explore an Intensive directly. - We agree on the scope.
If an Intensive is the right fit, we determine whether a Phased or Single approach makes sense before the work begins.
Ready to Bring the Pieces Together?
You do not have to figure out what the right structure on your own. Share what you are building, and I will recommend the next step that fits your goals and capacity.
Application required. Limited availability.
